This is the 2nd one I received because the 1st one leaked the entire amount of water and flooded my counter. Just received this one today. 1st the motor is used and scratched up on bottom with water marks. I thought, well if it does the job then fine. I follow the directions and it take ALOT of water to submerge, but I get it going. #2. The light fixture will not fit in the hole under the grate and #3. only 3 of the 4 bulbs light up. #4. The wheel is too close to the last waterfall so you have to hand start it. #5. With in 10 minutes the motor is making a loud noise like it is choking, so I put more water in. Now, there is so much water in it that the wheel won't spin at all and if I turn it off, the water will spill out of pond area. And finally only the blue light works now. Has been running long enough to see if it leaks but it doesn't matter. I am returning it again. For the ridiculous price I paid for this machine, all parts should be brand new and it should work as advertised. I am so disappointed and my granddaughter will be very upset. She has already waited over a month to receive this item because I had to return this one. It was beautiful when I set up the 1st one, but after running for an hour, we discovered the leaks. Why sell something so beautiful that not only doesn't work but damages the buyers property from the mass leaks? I will never understand greed. Accepting people's hard earned money knowing you are selling garbage and then reselling once it gets returned. Now I have the hassle and lose money paying to return it. Amazon should know better by now that this company is a rip off and sells garbage. I'm considering canceling my Amazon membership and business account and both credit cards that come with it. I spend $1000 dollars or more a month with this company and get so frustrated from the constant need to return items that are below stand quality.
