I bought this Oct 2020. I had a long 60in wood tabletop I had made with.5in thick acrylic so that should give you an idea of the weight. I only use a laptop, but I have three 24in LCDs mounted. I also have two ~10lb dogs that love to jump up and look out the window while I am working. Suffice to say, it has been pretty sturdy. With that said, it does - twice now - become unlevel. I suspect because of the dogs lounging around on one end because that is always the short end. The first time I reached out to support and they provided aresolution. The second time, which I resolved about ten minutes ago I used the option provided by support, but it did not work. I looked in the questions above and sort of tried a little of all.Today I held the down button till it drops all the way and then goes into a self leveling mode. It seemed like it got stuck and I wasn't able to move it up or down. It kept flashing E-1 (btw, previous error was E-2). I held the down button again and then it started leveling and then raised up a bit.I think once I got in the self leveling mode I did not allow it to come out of that mode. So, for anyone having these types of errors, keep trying different options or reach out to support.btw, here were the steps provided for E-2 error.press S until A displayspress down until P displayspress 2 until 10 displayspress up key to get to 15press s to saveCost was a bit much, but I have the ability to sit or stand. I have layered fatigue mats on the floor when I stand. I also purchased a saddle chair along with my regular office chair so I have three options and can easily change the height of the desk to accommodate. I try to practice 90min per position. Working from home during a pandemic for a few years wears out the tailbone.Love this desk, was easy to build and it’s solid. Hasn’t skipped a beat in 2 years. Mine has a good bit of weight on it, and technically my desktop is slightly bigger than the specs permit, but no issues so far. It’s holding up ikeas biggest pine/mdf desktop (like 20 bucks) along with the glass top they sell (like 60 bucks). Also a big heavy 49” monitor and some other mostly light stuff.• SUMMARY: I did a LOT of comparison shopping before settling on this frame about 6 months ago. Overall I'm very happy with it and recommend it to anyone needing a relatively inexpensive but sturdy frame that looks great.• MY SETUP: Paired mine with this top: "VIVO Light Wood 60 x 24 inch Universal Solid One-Piece Table Top for Standard and Sit to Stand Height Adjustable Home and Office Desk Frames, DESK-TOP60C" in the "Light wood" color. Looks amazing together and was easy to attach if you're handy with a tape measure, drill, and screwdriver. PRO TIP: Use a pen or dry erase marker to mark holes before drilling, and wrap masking tape around the bit at about half the depth of the table surface as a guide so you don't drill through the top when making pilot holes.• ASSEMBLY: Really easy, packed well and comes with the major components preassembled so you really just piece it together.• BUILD QUALITY: Metal feels solid, motors seem strong and don't sound like they have any trouble mechanically. I have a fairly heavy monitor (prosumer 32" BenQ), lighter 23" secondary monitor, laptop, lamp, and some small accessories. And the above tabletop which is large but fairly light. Motors have no trouble lifting.• STURDINESS / WOBBLE: This was my #1 concern when shopping for a standing desk as I was afraid it would wobble at the full height and annoy me to the point of distraction. Happy to say that, while not perfect, I'm impressed with how sturdy this feels. There's some movement both lateral and front-to-back if I try to test it, but in normal use I'm not really noticing any issues. My monitor barely moves when typing at full height, a little but it's hardly noticeable and doesn't bother me. Rock solid when sitting. I have it on carpet, may be different if on solid flooring.• LOOK: Got the white version and love it. Modern. Looks solid but streamlined (not bulky)• CABLE MANAGEMENT: The provided straps stick on with adhesive backing which didn't hold the heavier power bricks very well. Had to go with something else. Comes with a cable tray which is a nice addition, as are the hooks. I used one for my headphones.• RELIABILITY: Every couple of months the desk gets stuck and won't go up or down, and once I noticed a full 1" lean from one side to the other. But a hard restart of the electronics fixes it. The only problem is there's no documentation on how to do the reset I needed. I had to contact the support email and they got back to me within about 4 days. The solution was to press the down-arrow button for about 20-sec until the display flashes "E-1" and "rES" - and KEEP PRESSING until it goes back to a height number (this is important!) - and that will restart the electronics. All of my pre-programmed height settings remain which is good. I've had to do this a few times over the 6 months I've own this which is annoying but not too much hassle - easy to fix once you know how.
