This is an extremely high-quality built desk. The packaging alone tells you that the manufacture is very detailed oriented. I do not understand why the first reviewer give it a one-star rating.Every piece was meticulously packaged and protected professionally. Even the cam locks are made out of 100 percent stainless steel and not the cheap metals that can easily cracked and chipped using a screwdriver as compared to other cheaply designed companies. The color is perfect for my home/office (gray). The additional floor cabinets (two) are a welcomed addition for storing files and other office supplies. They come with keys for your security and privacy.The hutch, desk, and credenza, come with gromets strategically placed for your basic wiring needs. I would have loved to see more extension of these gromets for other areas such as for the following: while there is a gromet hole and cover for the hutch and below the bottom, it would be great for 3 gromet holes and covers to have been installed for the left, center, and right of the bottom back panel (D); 3 gromet holes and covers on top of the credenza (this allow for power cords and cable management to run under the credenza; and there should be at least one recessed power strip USB insert into the credenza and desk bridge, too. Install them, too, at both ends for those seeking to place a laser printer on either ends, lamp or other items.As for the cabinet doors for the hutch, it would have been nice for a choice of translucent glass doors. I like to see my audio receiver, network desk switch, SONOS port, and other gadgets' lights. Because my setup is very high-tech, I like to see those light indicators at a quick glance. (Note: I had to cut a squared box 7" (h) x17.25" (w) at the top back of the hutches' back panel to accommodate the depth of the audio receiver and for easy connection. I'll post pictures in the future.)This is a great value for the money compared to other executive desks I purchased many years ago that cost about a grand more.Assembly was somewhat smooth for desk, bridge, hutch, and credenza. The only recommendation is that pictures in the instructions could have been blown up larger, hardware tools and pieces drawing should be more visible particularly this would be helpful to determine the difference between the side door hinges and center door hinges. The diagram showing the two screes for the hinges were to difficult to read. I recommend blowing these drawings up.The doors were easy to install, but the hardes and difficult part is the adjustment for the hinges for the doors and the hinges themselves. This took me about a week to install the doors perfectly. The instructions were too ambiguous.Despite those few difficulties, I would highly recommend this this product.
