Great desk. Smaller than expected, but sturdy and very smart looking. I purchased this to replace the larger mahogany desk in my small home office. I recently purchased a brown office chair and a brown lounger, so I was in desperate need of a smaller desk with, sleek lines and a pop of color. The desk arrived on time and in great shape. There were no broken or missing pieces. Instructions were clear and easy and it took me about 15 minutes to assemble by myself. I chose the red over the more traditional brown to add some color and open up the space (see photos). I think I made a good choice. It took some time to get used to the smaller size. Although it is a smaller student sized desk, it serves my needs very well. I have an all in one dell desktop XPS18, so I just needed room for the 19 inch monitor, wireless keyboard and mouse and a small tray to place my mail. It even comes with a drawer for supplies. My only issue with the desk is that the drawer does not slide all the way out. It actually only seems to open a little more than halfway and this was an issue for a lot of other reviewers as well. Since I do not plan to put a lot into the drawer, it is not a deal breaker for me. Overall, this is a very good, solid and well designed desk. Great color options, easy to assemble and a very functional.
