My first one came broken but they replaced it with a fully working one. I love the colours and the different modes but a couple of things that bother me are the fact that the rgb and ycp buttons are mislabeled on the light controller. I also dislike the top of my new arm because the rgb sticks out in a spot. Maybe they applied too much glue or something because i tried to push it in and it didnt budge. Its not bad enough to request a different oneI fastenit to the max,but still can't mount my 38inch ultra wide. Guess itshould be fine for a regular 27inchInstallation using grommet method (direct hole thru desk method) was super fast and easy. Mounting the monitor (a 24.5" 240hz Alienware) was easy especially using the Vesa plate, and the "quick release" feature this arm has. It's a cool idea, and im sure some other mount companies do their own version of it, but at least this one, the monitor has a lot of play and wobble when going to adjust it once the arm is all properly set up. This is because the quick release mechanism works in theory when youd need it to, but makes it so there are multiple moving parts as the arm mount. So this means things just aren't one piece feeling. They have that slight wobble that makes you go "hmm, could be better". That wobble. That creak. This also leads one to struggle to line up their monitors to be EXACTLY straight flat perfectly horizontal. Because once you move your monitor and take ur hands off the monitor will move a little more because of the mechanism.Aside from this, the RGB effects are cool and theres a lot of built in ones that dont suck so you wont be bored ever. I like the static effect personally for my current set up.Definitely a great arm- if you can live with some wobble.- Solide verarbeitet- einfacher Aufbau- 2 Möglichkeiten die Halterung am Tisch zu befestigen- Monitor lässt sich super einfach an der Halterung anbringen und wieder lösen- RGB Beleuchtung on top ohne aufdringlich zu wirkenWürde ich wieder kaufenHabe einen 38" Monitor von LG an der Halterung und obwohl die vesa Halterung etwas unterhalb der Mitte ist, hält es ohne Probleme. Musste die schraube für die kipp-funktion nur etwas fester anziehen.In Summe sehr stabil verarbeitet
