Love the desk! Nice and sturdy, but the drawers are a little off, two of them dont fully go all the way in.I have given the company, Homdeland, the 5 star overall rating because of our interaction. After ordering the desk I realized the desk would not work for me. My husband and I had just downsized to a smaller home in a retirement community. After ordering the desk, I realized it would be too large for the space available. As soon as I received it I started the return process. Throughout the process, Homdeland was very accommodating of my need to return the item. We worked together to have FedEx come to pick up the package. Homdeland was very courteous, cooperative, willing to do whatever was necessary to make the return as stress-free for me as possible. I would definitely consider purchasing from them in the future.I cannot say the same for FedEx. This is a large desk, weighing 85 lbs. I am a senior citizen with limited abilities, living in a retirement community. FedEx delivered the package, placing it in front of my garage, somewhat protected from the rain. They did not ring to doorbell to let me know the package was there. When I saw the package I had to get it inside my house. This was extremely difficult for me to do because of the weight and the size of the package. Plus, the packaging was damaged (I didn't open the box to see if the product was damaged because I was returning it). I only got the package inside my door and it laid there until the return process was complete meaning my husband and I and anyone who came into our house had to step over it. When FedEx came back to pick up the package, the driver expected me to carry it outside! He saw the physical condition of both my husband and I and insisted we needed to carry it out. Finally, with a surly attitude, he stepped inside our door and picked up the package and carried it out to his truck. We thanked him but he ignored us. He was obviously angry and was very rude. He needs to take lessons from Homdeland on respect, courtesy and compassionate understanding of a persons limitations.Again, I highly recommend the Homdeland company as an excellent company to work with.Only reason not a 5 is would have liked more leg room. Two inches wider would be perfect. Doesn't have enough room for a kids computer chair. Suitable for small child with a small foldout chair or stool.Looks great and I was surprised at how well made and sturdy it is for the price. The assembly was easy to put together the directions were clear as day, the wood is sturdy and the storage is more than she needs, it fits all her arts and crafts things and more! I would highly recomend this desk!!It was not easy to assemble it -- took too long and too many parts -- plus confusing instructions.broke a piece while assembling. Not as sturdy as it shows. It looks pretty though.
