I took a fantastic class a long time ago with Sue where we spent a day decluttering clothes in our closet, our bathroom and kitchen! It was a very eye opening experience. We would check in every hour or so and share what we were experiences and any challenges. That day changed my life and others in our class! I have been decluttering ever since, however, my desk remained a challenge, my filing cabinet and classes saved on my computer and hard drive! I felt really stuck for years in this area of my life! I was excited to read her book about this now!I found this book inspiring and full of great ideas! I had read Pareto's 80/20 rule, however, could not understand how to apply it to something like my business until reading Sue's wonderful suggestions! I had begun unsubscribing to most newsletters, no matter how wonderful, however, I realize reading the book, there are still more I need to delete forever! Having no TV for 20 years (my choice) and no cell phone coverage where I live, those things were not a distraction, however, I have found other things! These days I have even used needing to do more decluttering as an excuse for not moving forward these days, because I have yet to get things organized "enough" to move forward!
